Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant located in Hyderabad. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting team members with their activities, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, handling communication, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. The Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating meetings and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in office administration or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
