Job description Work closely, on a constant basis with SA Management Teams on performance management; preparing relevant reports on KPIs, follow up and portfolio insights, identifying gaps for business development. Establish total IKEA Supply performance overview in the Area for SA forums and agenda and take care of the stakeholders relations dedicated to performance and follow up Secure that existing KPI landscape is reflecting real workloads of SA business units and is aligned with IKEA strategic goals Facilitate SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitors SA Roadmap fulfilment. Create and maintain balanced portfolio (consolidation of plans) ensuring movements towards defined direction and goals, constant monitoring and evaluating of the portfolio to ensure that portfolio is giving high returns at low risks. Actively navigate portfolio, identifying gaps and advice for optimization & prioritization to decision makers and relevant stakeholders Is the first line of contact when it comes to SA Performance, SA PEP and Portfolios; supports co-workers to understand processes, tools and calculation methods. Organize and lead periodic trainings for SA KPIs and SA PEP in the Organization; develops and maintains relevant and up-to-date learning offer Identifies current and future business needs, that leads to improvements of existing or implementation of new tools and Power BI dashboards in the area, of SA PEP, Portfolio and performance management Implements and secures Governance in the area of Performance Management and SA Portfolio Actively contribute to IKEA Supply business navigation agenda, SA Business Navigators matrix and Portfolio network including leading global projects Act as an ambassador of IKEA values and Role Model Responsible for operation resource planning, reporting and be a speaking partner for all business units when it comes to navigate in the most efficient way and provide first level of insights for all business units and managers related to their cost center responsibility. Support the business team with financial expertise including but not limited to annual screening, formality and financial check for new supplier, financial analysis, etc. Qualification To be successful in this role, below competences are required: University degree within Finance and/or Management; and relevant work experience between 7 to 10 years Ability to understand IKEA Strategic Landscape including SA Planning & Execution Process and SA Roadmap Ability to understand Supply Areas Assignment and structure Good knowledge of reporting landscape and business intelligence tools in general Good knowledge of project and portfolio management methodology and tools High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially Power BI Good knowledge of market specific conditions and macroeconomics trends For this position holder, it is important to fulfill the following capabilities: High level of analytical skills, Capability to perform key business analysis, risk assessment, scenario planning Capability to drive quick and clear conclusions out of information available Capability to see the total picture and drill down to every single detail at the same time Capability to understand and act in a complex environment, translate a strategy into action and achieve results. Ability to initiate and lead the change towards new ways of working and applications in a big organization; great leadership Ability to build trustful relations with different stakeholders in remote locations; excellent communicator Creative and engaging approach to business surrounding
