About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of legal issues
- Draft legal documents, opinions including memos, contracts, and agreements
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legal requirements and best practices
- Attending NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/ Supreme Court other courts proceedings and prepare relevant papers for such hearings.
Stipend will be paid during the internship period of 1 year commensurate with their knowledge, exposure and initiative.

Freshers and passionate Law graduates (LLB's/LLM's) or Candidates with hands-on experience of 1-2 years may send their CV to:
