Job Title: .NetLead Location: Bangalore, Karnataka-India Overview: Johnson Controls is seeking a talented and motivated .Netlead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .Net development and a proven ability to create scalable and maintainable solutions . This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to meet business requirements and deliver high-quality applications.  Responsibilities: Collaborate with other developers, database administrators, and system administrators to integrate .NET Core applications with other systems and databases Lead and mentor a team of .NET Core Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of applications. Expert knowledge of .NET Core performance tuning and optimization techniques.   Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and MySQL. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for .NET Core applications. Develop and implement robust .Net applications and solutions tailored to business needs Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.  Preform code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.  Maintain and enhance existing applications, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.  Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Minimum of 10 years overall experience on .NET full stack technologies. Proficiency in .NET Development with .Net Core, .NET Framework 4.5 or later, Asp.net, Asp.net Core, Angular 17, C#, SQL Azure,Cosmos Azure, SQL Server 2008 or above. Strong object-oriented programming (OOPS) design skills, SOLID principles, and proficiency in software design patterns. Strong understanding of Azure concepts (Mandatory) with programming knowledge around Azure PowerShell, Azure DevOps Azure Stack, App Services, Azure Search, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Scheduled Job Collection, Redis Cache, AAD & Graph API, KeyVault, Azure Data Factory, Application Insights Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Experienced in working in an agile development and Self-managed environment. Debugging and Unit-testing of the code. Experience in using Visual Studio Team Services and TFS.
