This is a remote position.

MTC is seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Specialist Intern who is enthusiastic about gaining industryexperience in HR processes and tasks. If youre ready to dive intothe world of HR and gain practical skills then this opportunity isfor you.

Core FunctionalResponsibilities:

Createplan and conduct onboarding plans for newhires.

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesincluding posting job openings screening resumes and schedulinginterviews.

Organizeemployee policies and procedures to ensure compliance andclarity.

Provide support to employees in various HRrelatedqueries including benefits policies and procedures.

Assist in the development and implementation of HRpolicies and procedures.

Create andupdate job descriptions to reflect position requirementsaccurately.

Gather data andanalyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop implementationplans.

Advertise job openings on the company s careers pagesocial media job boards and other online channels.

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesand screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiringmanagers for further evaluation.

Update employeedatabase on the company portal with accurate and currentinformation.

Gatherinformation on attendance and leave data as required for HRreporting purposes.

Coordinate withthe Accounts team on payroll processing details to ensure accuracyand timeliness.


GeneralResponsibilities:

Collaboratewith managers to identify future hiring needs and strategicworkforce planning.

Use theoreticalknowledge to bring a fresh perspective to daytoday recruitmentactivities.

Participate inweekly review meetings with various teams to provide updates onrecruitment efforts.

Work closelywith reporting managers business heads and internal teams tosupport recruitment initiatives and HR operations.

Learn and apply recruitment strategies and techniqueswhile adhering to company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with candidates and teammembers maintaining confidentiality and professionalismalways.

Requirements
