Sitecore’s ITSM tool( Sitecore Support Portal) for incident managementHands-on experience of working in
Sitecore multisite
and
multilingual setupExpert knowledge on Sitecore architecture, common API classes and security model ( user management ), and
Sitecore workflowsAzure DevOps knowledgeMust have good design, debugging and problem solving skillsMust have good communication and documentation skillsExperience with Visual Studio and other development/debugging toolsExperience with Git or other source control systems
