Job Title: Senior Business Controller


Location: Chennai / Sricity (Andhra Pradesh)


Eligible crieteria: Candidates from manufacturing only eligible to apply.


Responsibilities:


  1. You'll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthly close review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly close summaries.
  2. Develop and manage cost and financial controls in accordance with company policies.
  3. Responsible for efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process.
  4. Forecasting & Monitoring of main contracts financial performances and their variances.
  5. Review and verify capital equipment, spares, raw material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventories for month/quarter/year-end reporting.
  6. Ensuring effective & timely closure of cost accounting and their key attributes
  7. Controllerof documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  8. Managing and preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis
  9. Drive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.
  10. Leading special projects from time to time.
  11. Financial assessment and calculation on ROI and Pay Back period for capital investments
  12. Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits etc.
  13. To drive Annual Business Plan activities & managing Monthly Budget & Forecast.


Technical Requirements:


  1. 5 to 7 years experience in Finance with strong skills and dynamism.
  2. Any one of these qualification is mandatory, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or ICWA fully complete or MBA in Finance from A school or B Universities.
  3. Prior relevant experience in Manufacturing sector is mandatory
  4. Early joiners are highly preferred
  5. Good Analytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.


Desired Skills and Attributes:

Past proven experience in Finance, preferably in international environment

Very good knowledge of windows 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, word)

IT minded (BI Systems) finance analyses, controlling and notably P&L, analytic accounting

Reliability and Accuracy

Good relationship management skills

Good English communications skills

Understanding of occidental mindset and reasoning

Dynamism and autonomy

Ability to put across views with conviction, ability to take a stand
