Job Description

Business related to soil is always challenging, primarily due to large variations in properties across the depth and breadth of any site. Engineering and Technology play a major role in the ground engineering business and foundation is a critical for any construction activity - be it large or small. L&T GeoStructure is a unique, legal, business entity who are experts in building foundations by focusing, capturing and building business in the ground engineering segment. In 2012, L&T acquired a huge fleet of sophisticated foundation equipment and L&T GeoStructure was formed to focus, capture and build business across the ground engineering segment.The organization has four main vertical businesses - namely: piling, embedded retaining structures, marine and riverfront development, microtunneling, ground improvement, soil investigation and anchors. The business executes a range of activities possessing the capability of providing breakthrough Design-and-Build solutions, with vast and speedy international networking for the latest trends and technologies. Their gamut of activities includes execution of bored and driven piles, marine piles, secant piles, sheet piles, contiguous pile walls, diaphragm walls, cut-off walls, ground improvement, foundation testing and geotechnical investigation. A strong in-house design team enable them to offer end-to-end solutions. The engineering and technology team acts as a knowledge provider to mitigate the risk and as a catalyst to hasten project execution and enter innovative areas to establish L&T GeoStructure as a pioneer in the ground engineering space.
