Location: SAGUNA Consulting Services - Ludhiana
Work Mode: Work from office (10AM - 7PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Market Intelligence Consultant / Strategy & Insight Associate to join our growing Strategy & Insights team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and synthesizing market, competitor, and customer intelligence to support strategic decision-making across the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that inform growth opportunities, market positioning, product development, and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into simple, strategic insights.
  • Build clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership.
  • Track and evaluate funding activity
  • Focuses on digital presence like product launches, mobile application and online offerings.
  • Support strategy development with fact-based recommendations
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and business functions
  • Create visualizations and narratives that make data easy to understand
  • Translate findings into clear insights, reports and storylines for leadership
  • Build dashboards, reports and presentations that make insights actionable.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledge about market research, strategy consulting, business intelligence, or corporate strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
