Ping Identity Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Specialist with a strong background in deploying, managing, and supporting Ping Identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping Directory, and PingOne, along with a solid understanding of Linux administration and DevOps practices. This role requires expertise in implementing and maintaining seamless integrations and operations of Ping Identity solutions, ensuring the security and functionality of identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:1.Ping Identity Product Management:Install, configure, and support Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingOne.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ping Identity solutions.Develop and deploy PingFederate (PF) Adapters for integration and enhanced functionality.2.

Linux Administration:Manage Linux systems supporting Ping Identity implementations.Use Linux commands for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Ping Identity products and related systems.3.DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines:Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment and integration of Ping Identity solutions.Leverage DevOps tools to automate and optimize the delivery process for Ping Identity products.4.Security and Best Practices:Implement security best practices for identity and access management.Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for data security, including adherence to privacy regulations and risk management.5.Collaboration and Documentation:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of Ping Identity solutions.Provide thorough documentation and training on Ping Identity products and solutions to internal teams.

Qualifications:7 – 10 years of experience in deploying and managing Ping Identity solutions.Extensive hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingOne.Strong expertise in Linux administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.Proficiency in DevOps practices, with experience in CI/CD pipeline configuration and integration.Familiarity with security best practices in identity and access management.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear documentation and training.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:Experience in Ping Identity Adapter development.Certifications in Ping Identity products or related technologies.Familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
