Position: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: WFO- MumbaiType: ContractDuration: 6 monthsTime zone: 12pm- 9pm ISTExperience: 5+ yrsJob Description:- Experience in creating backlog user stories from high level business requirements- Managing traceability from BRs to User Stories- Sprint boxing the backlog with iterative refining- Defining sprint objectives and leading the demo to showcase fulfilment of sprint objective- Ability to create release notes against key milestones- Tracking key dependencies & risks by priority & date sensitivity- Good understanding of Admin activities- Role, Profile & Permission Sets- Security- Good understanding of Sa les Cloud & Service Cloud- Lead Nurturing- Case Management- Slack integration with ability to perform lead nurturing & case management- SMS & WhatsApp integration- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable- Understanding of data model to support individual, household, HUF types of accounts- Understanding of different types of transactions- Customer 360 view- Familiarity with backend core systems for wealth management in India is highly desirable- KYC, Address & CAS verification- AML & Credit Rating check- E-Signature using Leegality or equivalent system- Wealth Spectrum, Trackwizz, BSE StAR, 1SilverBullet etc.
