For Winding:

  1. Knowledge of all types of winding: Disc Winding, Interleaved Winding, Helical Winding, Intershield Winding, Regulating Winding
  2. Experience with PICC and CTC conductor winding
  3. Operating horizontal and vertical winding machines
  4. Crane operation and all conductor joints (CTC & PICC)
  5. Experience in manufacturing up to 500 MVA & 765 KV rating transformers

For Winding Assembly:

  1. Block washer assembly work
  2. Coil lowering using crane
  3. Barrier and strip assembly
  4. VPD coil loading and unloading
  5. Ability to read and understand winding and assembly drawings
  6. Block height adjustment
  7. LV, HV, and Tap winding assembly work
  8. Experience with up to 500 MVA & 765 KV rating winding assembly work
