About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the essentials of HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating job postings and publishing them across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the development of recruitment strategies and contribute to improving the talent acquisition process.
  • Participate in interview debriefs and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assist with other HR tasks related to employee onboarding and offer letters as needed.


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
