We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Principal Consultant to empower our customers in advancing healthcare. In this role, you will work closely with business areas to define and deliver HR technology strategy and lead HR transformational projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HRIS specialists focused on Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Security).
- System Configuration and Enhancement: Design and build Workday solutions in the Compensation space, including plans, incentive plans, compensation packages, components, eligibility, grids, and statements.
- Project Leadership: Lead HR technology strategy projects, including process redesign/standardization and merger and integration support.
- Compensation Planning: Prepare and support end-to-end Annual Compensation Planning and mid-year compensation cycles for the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability supporting enterprise HR applications with 8-13 years of work experience.
- 6+ years of expert-level proficiency in Workday HCM and Core/Advanced Compensation.
