  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Guest Service Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, and hygiene are maintained
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and ensure quick resolution
  • Assist in planning and implementing service standards and SOPs
  • Staff Management Assist in staff scheduling, shift management, and deployment
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service
  • Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies
  • Conduct briefings before shifts and ensure communication flow
  • Financial & Inventory Control Support in achieving revenue targets through upselling and cost control
  • Assist in monitoring expenses, food cost, and wastage
  • Ensure proper stock management, indenting, and coordination with stores/purchase
  • Verify bills, discounts, and cash handling as per company policy
  • Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI standards, fire safety, and statutory norms
  • Maintain records for audits and inspections
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
  • Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily sales reports and assist in MIS reporting
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional activities and special events
