About Us :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM Developer to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) components, templates, and workflows.

- Design and implement Adaptive Forms using AEM.

- Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams to integrate AEM with other systems.

- Optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and Adaptive Forms.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and related technologies.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience : 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in AEM, particularly with Adaptive Forms.

- Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

- Knowledge of AEM architecture, components, and best practices.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration : Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AEM certification.

- Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
