Responsibilities:

SQL Server DBA: Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases. Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize queries. Implement and maintain security measures, including user accounts and permissions. Develop and execute backup and recovery procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues. Collaborate with developers to define database requirements.

Ensure data integrity and availability. Oracle GoldenGate: Design, implement, and manage Oracle GoldenGate configurations for SQL Server. Configure and monitor data replication between Oracle and SQL Server databases. Troubleshoot and resolve replication issues. Ensure data consistency and minimal lag during replication.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SQL Server database administration. Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for data replication. Knowledge of database performance tuning techniques. Understanding of database security principles.

Experience with backup and recovery procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities may also include: Designing and implementing database architectures. Providing technical support to developers and end-users. Participating in project planning and implementation. Staying current with the latest SQL Server and Oracle GoldenGate technologies.
