Key Focus : Develop and implement data strategy, ensure governance, quality, reporting, and drive insights for business decision-making. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, set performance expectations, and foster growth. Technical Expertise Required : Databricks (Data Lake, Jobs, Workflows, Data Catalog). Data Factory pipelines , ETL processes, SQL. Medallion architecture , data processing, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Compliance : Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Nice to Have : Exposure to ML/AI concepts and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
