Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert at SharmaJEE, located in Mandi. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality academic content in their area of expertise. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting lectures, preparing mock tests, and offering one-on-one mentorship to students. Additional duties include evaluating students' performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Strong teaching skills and experience in JEE preparation
  • Ability to create comprehensive academic content, lesson plans, and mock tests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personalized mentorship skills to address the individual needs of students
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
  • Experience with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools is a plus
