Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and efficient mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Build and maintain cross-platform apps for Android and iOS using a single codebase.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to deliver an optimal mobile experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that follows best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Integrate APIs and other third-party services into the mobile apps.
  • Optimize app performance for fast, efficient, and seamless user experiences.
  • Stay updated on Flutter/Dart developments and apply new trends and techniques to improve app quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to system architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 1 year working with Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and state management approaches such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based backend services.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for mobile applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
  • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
