Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Location: Mumbai & Bangaluru

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales , Customers , Solution Architects , and Delivery Teams to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Conduct workshops , interviews , and stakeholder sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements .
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • Process flows
  • User stories
  • Use cases
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
  • Apply domain knowledge from industries such as:
  • Healthcare
  • BFSI
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail
  • Collaborate with architects and subject matter experts (SMEs) for industry-specific solution design .
  • Leverage cross-industry insights to enhance business process understanding .
  • Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
  • Microsoft
  • Salesforce
  • SAP
  • Translate business KPIs into reporting/dashboarding requirements using:
  • Power BI
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure AI
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation .
  • Possess 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments .
  • Exhibit strong skills in:
  • Requirement elicitation
  • Documentation
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Business process mapping
  • Have experience in at least two major industry domains with solid business process understanding .
  • Show an analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams .
  • Awareness of automation and AI-driven business process improvements is a plus .
