We need a Senior Technical Recruiter who is independently able to understand client requirements, manage internal and external job postings, review resumes of applicants, make cold calls and screen for potential candidates, perform reference checks, technical assessments, salary negotiations, 3rd party vendor management, etc. Candidate is required to work in USA East Coast time zone from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
  • Generate and maintain internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums.
  • Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and hires top-quality candidates.
  • Performs thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offer; provides detailed information to the immediate supervisor.
  • Manages relationships with external 3rd party vendors who source candidates.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
  • Researches, analyzes, and prepares recruiting statistics/measurements.
  • Performs end to end recruiting life cycle.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience or equivalent
  • Prior experienced working for IT Staffing firm required.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (namely MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with at least one leading Applicant Tracking Systems like Job Diva, Bull Horn, and LinkedIn etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
