We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.Responsibilities- Cold-calling customers, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.- Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers.- Negotiating prices and closing deals.- Using our CRM platform (Salesforce) for updating and tracking leads.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).- 2–3 years of experience in Sales in the semiconductor industry (preferred).- Freshers with a background in Electronics are also encouraged to apply.- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.- Sound technical knowledge of our products and applications.- Experience in meeting clients, building customer relationships, and achieving targets.- Must be willing and able to travel to customers within the region.- Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.- Proficient in speaking, understanding, and communicating effectively in Kannada.Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000/month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales.
