M&G Global Services Job TitleManager Enterprise Security (Security Operations Tooling)Job FunctionEnterprise Security and TechnologyJob Sub FunctionSecurity OperationsReports toAVP Security Tooling Enterprise Security & TechnologyLocationMumbai, PuneExperience : 4+ YearsOverall Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to monitor and maintain operational security controls and governance measures in relation to the security toolsets utilised by the Security Operations function in accordance with M&G Plc Security Policy.Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)Support process improvement initiatives including improving service and cost effectiveness.Supporting projects in the delivery of security operations toolsets into the M&GenvironmentMaintain Security Operations portfolio of products it leverages to run the function are operational and health checked on an on-going basis in line with agreed KPI’s.Additional Responsibilities:Raising vendor support cases and seeing them through to resolutionMaintaining and updating a knowledgebase and SOP’sProvide daily and scheduled monitoring of security events.investigate and remediate activities and communicate findings to Security Operations Tooling teamEnsure Security Operations controls are operated effectively in line with control landscapeKnowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational QualificationHighly organised, excellent prioritisation and planning skillsAbility to work alone or as part of a team, whilst working on multiple items at the same time.Passion for innovation and creating solutions that make a positive difference.You’re willing to take responsibility, creating better outcomes by stepping forward, using your judgement and making things happen.Good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.Contact :
