Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Engineer II to join our Meeting Technology Team and contribute to the design, analysis, and enhancement of our technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in CAD design, AV technologies, and Cisco Cloud Collaboration solutions to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient technology implementations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport infrastructure implementations and deployments for Cisco Cloud Collaboration TechnologiesCreate detailed project specifications and drive proof of concept initiatives for new technologiesCoordinate vendor and third-party escalation supportDevelop and maintain technical content and standardsExecute end-to-end design solutions, including:IntegrationInstallationImplementationTroubleshootingMaintenanceParticipate in sprint-based feature developmentApply advanced CAD design and editing skills to AV-focused projectsManage problem, incident, and change management processes
Required Qualifications3-4 years of experience with:Voice and video technologiesCisco Webex platform (on-premise and cloud)Cisco Cloud Collaboration toolsVoIP protocolsProficient in CAD design and editingExpertise with audio-visual (AV) technologiesExperience with video devices (Cisco Room Series Room OS11, Desk Pro)Strong understanding of VoIP, video, and Webex topologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experienceMicrosoft Teams experienceScripting and automation skills
