creative Video Editor

to join our team and enhance our content strategy with engaging videos and podcasts.

Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Video Editor to create, edit, and deliver high-quality long-form content (podcasts) and short-form content (reels, shorts). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video storytelling, social media trends, and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:

Edit long-form podcasts and short-form videos (reels, shorts) for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Visual Storytelling:

Craft compelling narratives using raw footage, sound effects, music, graphics, and animations.Brand Alignment:

Ensure all video content aligns with Elemantix’s branding and messaging guidelines.Social Media Trends:

Stay updated on current video trends, platform-specific algorithms, and innovative editing techniques.Collaborate:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualise and execute video projects.Feedback Integration:

Revise edits based on feedback from the team to ensure quality and effectiveness.Asset Management:

Organise and manage video assets and maintain a library of video templates and graphics.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in video editing software like

Final Cut Pro ,

Wondershare Filmora , or similar tools.Familiarity with graphic design tools like

Adobe Photoshop

or

Canva

is a plus.Creativity & Storytelling:

Ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content that tells a story and engages the audience.Attention to Detail:

Strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality, polished videos.Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Portfolio Requirement:

A portfolio showcasing past work in video editing is mandatory.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)Experience in creating content for the

education sector

study abroad industry

is an advantage.Experience in video optimisation for various social media platforms.
