Description for Internal CandidatesLocation: BangaloreExperience: 8- 10 YearsJob Title –Program ManagerThe Purpose of This RoleWe are looking a seasoned Program Manager with about 8-10 years of experience for leading a large-scale enterprise-wide VMware to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) migration program. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing complex enterprise-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on virtualization, database platforms and enterprise workload migrations. This role requires excellent program governance, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills to ensure seamless program execution across global stakeholders.The Value You DeliverThe candidate will be leading and executing enterprise-wide VMware to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) migration program).The Skills that are Key to this roleKey ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning and execution of the VM to OLVM migration program ensuring alignment and strategic objectivesDevelop and manage detailed migration schedules, cutover plans and dependency maps across applications, databases and infrastructure.Coordinate migrations with cross functional teams (Infrastructure, Database, Applications and Business Units)Proactively Identify and escalate program risks, issues, and challenges related to migrations and driving mitigation strategies.Overseeing capacity planning, performance validation and disaster recovery readiness during and after migrationDeliver executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate program status, risks, and outcomes.Drive post migration stabilization, optimization and knowledge transfer across different operational teamsPartner with Infrastructure, Database, Security, business units and Application teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.Drive task assignment, prioritization, and resource planning across global teams.Implement governance models, steering committee updates, and structured program reviews.Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance, and quality standards across all program activities.Navigate stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across business units, technology teams, and external vendors.The Skills that are Good To Have for this roleGood to have Oracle DBA Experience.Experience on SQL Server or DB2 databases.How Your Work Impacts the OrganizationEnterprise Data & AI is the business unit established with an aim to drive cloud transformation at Fidelity. Providing stability is the foremost aspect of our team.The Expertise We’re Looking ForExperience: 8-10 years of program/project management experience with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure (Virtualization) and Database platforms.Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Vmware to Olvm migrations, and large-scale IT transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of virtualization, hypervisor technologies, Oracle, DB2 and Sql Server databases.Leadership: Ability to coordinate large global teams and navigate through senior leadership and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior executives.Tools: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Power BI) and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.PMP, ITIL certification preferred.Core Competencies: Communication, plan
