Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Business Manager (Individual Role) at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories located in Bengaluru. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a designated sales territory, driving sales growth, fostering key customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Relevant work experience of 4 to 5 years in Dentistry.
Experience of Selling Premium concept based Products.
Should be expertise in managing accounts.

- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and business development
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas such as gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, diabetology, oncology, pain management, and dermatology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Experience in territory management and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
