Roles and ResponsibilitiesDescription SummaryThe Manufacturing Testing specialist needs to strictly adhere the Hybrid Solutions Solar Line FLEX Inverter, FLEX BESS(RSU) routine test procedures and execute functional testing requirements of Solar Inverter, Reservoir Inverter unit, Solar power station and Reservoir storage unit 100% to meet end Customer Quality, Technical and functional requirements of product. The Manufacturing Testing Specialist will also make sure company's Quality policy and EHS requirements.

Job Description

Drive improved product Quality by identifying manufacturing issues and developing better test system cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into productionCandidate able to troubleshoot Inverter and Power Station testing technical bug by himself by applying his technical expertise and product KnowledgeManufacturing testing for better productivity and quality on day today basis.Participate in early focus on manufacturability improve the product Quality and prevent testing failure early processing stages.Drive manufacturing testing excellence for zero escaping defect.Prepare routine test reports given Engineering report template.Communicating the test design requirements to Engineering for test improvementsEnsure proper dismantling of Inverter by understanding LOTO process as per EHS requirementsEnsure Instruments & Measuring devices are CalibratedUpdating the metrics of testing to ManagementEnsure processes contribute to a safe work environmentManaging Customer FATDevelop test plans for Inverters and Electrical componentsTo ensure test rig are running at full capacityWrite test Procedures and reports to capture lessons learned and share with component design engineersAlign test methods with respective to IEC and UL standards

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Electrical / Electronics with a minimum 4-6 years of experience in Inverter testing).Knowledge of Inverter Manufacturing Functions and Exposure to Quality, Engineering, Lean &Testing or Engineering processesKnowledge of Inverter Manufacturing Functions and Exposure to Quality, Engineering, Lean &Testing or Engineering processesGood analyzing skills and systematic approach to narrow down the technical issueEnglish proficiency read and write.Strong Electrical knowledge
