This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent aligned with our company’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plansLead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targetsCollaborate with department heads to understand staffing needsOversee the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboardingOptimize employer branding and candidate experienceTrack and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesBuild relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutionsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsPreferred SkillsExperience with employer branding initiativesFamiliarity with HRIS and recruitment marketing platformsCertification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, RACR) is a plus
