Job Description :

Commercial Loan Servicing Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)Cync software is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced loan servicing Subject Matter expert (SME) to lead our Transformation Loan Servicing platform to ensure quality and success of our software solutions.


Cync Loan Servicing application is in the middle of a transformation with several large initiatives fueling changes that generate complex business requirements.


A senior SME known for strong leadership, collaborative communication, and a commitment to achieving measurable results is required to support the following functions :


Team Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Developers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.


- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Development team.


Strategy and Planning :


- Develop and implement Cync Loan servicing platform roadmap, aligning them with overall project objectives.


- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of UAT into the software development life cycle.


Collaboration with Development Teams :


- Collaborate with development teams to understand the impact of code changes in Cync Core servicing lending platform.


- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between QA and development teams.


To be successful, your background should match these qualifications :


- Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial loan processing and lending operations in a commercial bank environment.


- Experience with Finastra Loan IQ, FIS ACBS, AFS, Oracle Flexcube, etc or any other core servicing experience is Commercial loan payment processing


- Experience with loan participation and syndication loans.


- Understanding of credit administration lifecycle including TDR, Impairment, Non-Accrual, charge-off, loan review and other aspects of credit actions.


- Fundamental knowledge of all CRE and C&I lending


- Experience with wide variety of commercial and consumer loans


- Ability to work in a digital environment, meet deadlines and provide training to associates


- Cync Lending Services provides operational support in streamlining workflow processes, driving product development, and providing training, lending compliance support
