This role involves daily reconciliation, payouts, invoice management, and financial tracking for Amazon, Shopify, and internal operations. Accuracy and responsibility are essential.Key Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable & receivable using QuickBooks • Record daily sales, expenses, payouts, and adjustments • Coordinate with Amazon team for settlements and payment verification • Create invoices and mark them as paid upon receiving payments • Track outstanding balances and handle follow-ups • Maintain Excel/Google Sheet dashboards for management • Handle vendor payments, purchase entries, and basic bookkeeping • Prepare weekly & monthly financial summaries • Maintain organized digital documentation and backupsRequired Skills: • 1–3 years experience in Accounts / AP / AR / Bookkeeping • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets • E-commerce accounting or Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus • Strong attention to detail and responsibility • Ability to work split-shift schedule (office + WFH)
