Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer - B2 B (Figma Experience is must) Experience: 3-5 years Location: Noida Excellent communication skills are required. Please note this is not a UI/UX role . We are seeking a highly creative and experienced B2 B Graphic Designer to lead the design efforts for our business-to-business (B2 B) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality design assets that effectively communicate our brand and drive engagement with our B2 B clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create visually compelling designs for B2 B marketing campaigns, including email templates, event collateral, presentations, web banners, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages. 2. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. *Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. 3. Content Creation: Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, e Books, whitepapers, and other B2 B Collateral, Develop and maintain a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use. Qualifications: Proven experience of 3-5 years in B2 B graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma & Adobe XD) and other relevant design tools. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs. Strong understanding of design principles and typography. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
