About Us

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platform with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like active wear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc. We will also be launching footwear and kids wear very soon.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have five offline stores in Mumbai, one in Bangalore, one in Delhi, with plans for expansion pan India.

The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle of candidates from sourcing to offer stage till their joining for the retail stores
  • Scouting talent from current hiring sources like campus placements, market poaching along with job portals.
  • Screen, interview and recruit potential employees through telecon and face to face interviews.
  • Conducting talent mapping & database building activity to ensure a ready pipeline of candidates for mass hirings.
  • Coordination with hiring managers and stakeholder management.
  • Sharp focus on timelines for closing the roles and comfort of automating recruitment on HRMS portals.
  • Adherence to the hiring process and suggesting enhancements.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Support performance management processes by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Assist in coaching managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for management.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support HRBP in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
