Ensure notifications to customers within the defined time Plan notification to customers during high volumes and major disruptions in coordination with call center, Network planning and Revenue management, flight operations team to ensure timely notification to customers and no adverse impact on call center service level To act as first point of contact and provide support in terms of adhoc notification as required by other departments Ensure notifications content reflect IndiGo brand and same is registered on DLT platform as per TRAI requirement. To effectively handle projects related to the activities of the department that includes but not limited to the following, enhancement in notification system, disruption management system, codeshare process setup for customer relations, periodic improvement in existing process Responsible for generating business documentation, including but not limited to, report writing, process documentation, presentation creation and spread sheet preparation and distribution, outline testing scenarios Responsible to setup codeshare and interline process for customer relations team which included and not limited to PNR creation, ensure the required components of PNR are present, like E ticket, SSR’s, air segment. Passenger re-accommodation during flight disruptions, handling E tickets and its related functions, handling Tele type reject (TTY rejects) to ensure PNR’s are in synch, codeshare customer queries in terms of travel, special service (SSR), refunds, mishandled bag and other service as per partner agreement. Notification setup for codeshare customers Ensure active coordination with partnership team, AOCS team, Revenue Management team, OCC team, finance team and other stake holders in setting up codeshare process Responsible to monitor system performance to ensure business is not impacted Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department Manage notification team and set KRA and carry out appraisal of direct reports
