We design, develop, and manufacture products and services focused on protecting the patient, healthcare provider, and surgical equipment.
We are looking for CSR for our Product Development CPP team, who will be based in Mumbai.
Role & responsibilities:
Quotation Management
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of surgical disposable products, including gloves, gowns, drapes, syringes, and other consumables.
- Respond to RFQs from clients and distributors, ensuring pricing, availability, and lead times were clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with sales teams to apply approved pricing strategies, bulk discounts, and special offers.
- Maintain and updated pricing databases and quotation templates to reflect latest product offerings and pricing changes.
Customer Query Handling
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Provide timely and professional responses to questions about product specifications, order status, and post-sales support.
- Log all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems for tracking and quality assurance purposes.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Design and maintain Excel and dashboards to track quotations, order conversion rates, customer feedback, and daily service metrics.
- Share weekly and monthly reports with internal teams (sales, supply chain, management) to aid decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 02+ Years of experience in handling Quotations & Global Customers.
- Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable to travel at Tardeo, Mumbai Central, Mumbai 34.
