About Management Consulting:
Our Education & Skill Development Consulting is led by matured leaders that is extensively supporting corporates, government, academic institutions, foundations and multi-lateral/bi-laterals on thematic areas of school education, higher education, vocational education, skill development & EdTech, identification of projects for fulfilling mandatory CSR or social upliftment projects funded by various agencies. As we are poised for a rapid expansion, we are looking for professionals across levels for this practice.
Details:
Position Title -Associate Director
Department-BAS Management Consulting
Experience
Post-graduate with 12-14 years of prior experience in the field of education, skill development or not-for-profit. Prior strategy, regulatory & management Consulting experience in a large consulting firm will have added advantages.
Qualification
Post-graduate from reputed institute, preferably in management, economics, public policy, strategy, with graduation in science, economics or management. MBA / MA(Economics) candidates will get preference. Some background on working with the public & private sector including academic institutions in building strategy, implementation, obtaining approvals & introducing technology will be an added advantage.
Core Risk Advisory Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary/secondary research and high-quality analysis using appropriate tools
Development of compelling concepts, proposals, presentations, and reports
Delivery of engagements, including innovative approaches to solutions
Collaborative work in a team through knowledge exchange
Exceptional client service
Participation in development of new solutions
Expected to do Business Development with/without support
Explore business Opportunities to expand the practice through networking
Generation of business leads & translate opportunities into wins
Working with the chambers of commerce, foreign trade commissions and government institutions to increase visibility, win work & obtain client specific clarifications/approvals
Revenue targets to be achieved with the leadership
Mentoring and capacity building of team members
Smooth and timely execution collaboratively with the team
Proactive approach
