Location Bengaluru

Job Overview We are seeking a highly resourceful and well-networked contract manufacturing manager to lead the external manufacturing efforts at Atomgrid. This individual will be key in leading the supply management operations and building the supply at Atomgrid from scratch. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in external manufacturing teams in speciality chemicals companies like Aarti / Navin fluorine / SRF / PI Industries etc.

Well-networked with suppliers of speciality chemicals in India across agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and other categories.

Experience in vendor management, assessment and qualification.

Experience in liaising with R&D and technology transfer teams to take the product from lab scale to commercialisation.

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead supplier discovery, onboarding and qualification operations at Atomgrid.

Work closely with our manufacturing partners for project commercialisation.

Work closely with the RnD team and project manage new product development.

Travel and meet suppliers on a very frequent basis to maintain deep relationships.
