Role: Finance HeadAs the Finance Head , you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy, planning, and analysis for our vacuum furnace manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a key driver in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will also oversee the HR and Admin functions, ensuring smooth operations across the company.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership:

Provide strategic financial guidance and decision-making support for evaluating and prioritizing new business initiatives. Lead the development of financial strategies to drive business growth.Operational Efficiency & Controls:

Ensure the organization has the necessary financial direction, operational controls, and administrative procedures to grow the business sustainably while securing financial strength and efficiency.Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Review and prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and commentaries. Ensure timely generation and analysis of monthly MIS reports.Interdepartmental Liaison:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Procurement, and other business units to maintain effective accounting, financial, and budgetary controls across the organization.Income & Expenditure Control:

Oversee forecasting, income control, and expenditure management to ensure budget adherence. Proactively raise concerns on deviations and propose corrective actions.HR & Admin Oversight:

Supervise HR and Admin functions, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, managing payroll, employee benefits, and administrative processes in line with organizational needs.Audit & Compliance:

Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory financial and tax obligations, including the review of quarterly/annual statutory returns.Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams, ensuring robust internal controls and accurate financial records. Oversee the financial aspects of subsidiary accounts.Bank Reconciliation & Due Diligence:

Regularly review reconciliations of bank and ledger accounts, assist in due diligence processes for financial reporting, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.Required Competencies:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.Ability to delegate tasks effectively and lead a team.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications & Experience:Preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of finance and accounts in a

manufacturing setup .Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Compensation:Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with experience and expertise required for the role.
