Role Overview:

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for our HRMS suite. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver user-friendly, high-performance apps that enhance employee experience and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements and wireframes into robust mobile features.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services (e.g., Firebase, payment gateways).
  • Work with local and cloud databases.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation from Figma/Sketch/XD designs, including responsive layouts.
  • Optimize app performance, debug issues, and ensure smooth user experience.
  • Write unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
  • Manage app deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, suggesting improvements where needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter framework.
  • Experience integrating APIs, authentication, and push notifications.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design for multiple devices.
  • Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and profiling tools.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Prior exposure to HRMS, payroll, or enterprise applications is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
