Position: Molding Equipment Technician - Injection Molding

Experience: 3+yrs

Qualification: Degree/Diploma


Job Summary:

The Molding Equipment Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of molding machinery used in manufacturing processes. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of equipment to meet production targets while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Set up molding machines according to production requirements and machine calibration Repair equipment that fails during production
  • Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent quality and optimal productivity
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on molding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or signs of wear, and take proactive measures to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
  • Report any equipment problems, safety hazards, or quality issues to appropriate supervisors or managers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Skill:

1.At least 5 years of experience Maintenance department , familiar with the Facility activities.

2.Have a strong sense of responsibility and independent work ability.

3.Bachelor degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field Mechanical Engineering.
