Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience in Media and Digital hiring , and a strong desire to grow in the talent acquisition domain. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest. Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Draft, update, and post job descriptions across various platforms. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience. Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment (in-house or consultancy) must have media and digital hiring experience. Knowledge: Basic understanding of the hiring process and sourcing strategies. Tools: Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Location: Mumbai, (Goregaon) Reporting To: HR Manager Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) Work Mode: Onsite
