As anApplication Engineer you will be responsible for a range ofcritical tasks related to the installation testing servicing andcustomer support for our IGBTbased Power converters. MajorResponsibilities:

Installation&Testing

·Conduct Power QualityStudies to assess and improve the quality ofpower.

·Supervise the installationtesting and commissioning of IGBTbased Powerconverters.

·Perform system studies andsingleline diagramanalysis.

·Prepare comprehensive studyreports fordocumentation.

Servicing

·Address customer issuesthrough periodic visits ensuring their satisfaction with ourproducts.

·Carry out Annual MaintenanceContract (AMC) services to maintain productperformance.

·Promptly respond to andresolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of servicequality.

Skills andExperiences:

·Diploma in Electrical orElectrical &Electronics.

·0 to 2 years of relevantworkexperience.

·Strong communication skillsand the ability to interact effectively withcustomers.
