PositionOverview:

We are seeking anApplication Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As anApplication Engineer you will be responsible for a range ofcritical tasks related to the installation testing servicing andcustomer support for our IGBTbased Power converters. This roleprovides an excellent opportunity to work in a cuttingedge industryand develop essential skills while contributing to our mission ofensuring power quality for ourclients.

MajorResponsibilities:

Installation&Testing

·Conduct Power QualityStudies to assess and improve the quality ofpower.

·Supervise the installationtesting and commissioning of IGBTbased Powerconverters.

·Perform system studies andsingleline diagramanalysis.

·Prepare comprehensive studyreports fordocumentation.

Servicing

·Address customer issuesthrough periodic visits ensuring their satisfaction with ourproducts.

·Carry out Annual MaintenanceContract (AMC) services to maintain productperformance.

·Promptly respond to andresolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of servicequality.

·

Skills andExperiences:

·Diploma in Electrical orElectrical &Electronics.

·0 to 2 years of relevantworkexperience.

·Strong communication skillsand the ability to interact effectively withcustomers.

·Technical expertise in powerelectronics and power qualitysolutions.

·Detailoriented and capableof preparing accurate studyreports.

·Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team.
