Job Description:

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Futures Next in Hyderabad, you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various functions to ensure the seamless operation of our HR department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinating training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to promote employee well-being and organizational success.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, handling inquiries, and managing HR databases efficiently.
  • Contributing to the creation and distribution of HR-related communications to keep employees informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR software.
