POSITION - Lead Finance


Job Description


Financial Strategy and Management

· Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.

· Provide financial insights to drive business performance.

· Oversee financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and

cash flow.

· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.


Budgeting and Risk Management

· Lead the annual budgeting process.

· Monitor and analyze budget performance, suggest improvements.

· Identify and manage financial risks.


Compliance and Audit

· Coordinate and lead the audit process, liaise with auditors.

· Ensure financial activities comply with regulations and policies.


Stakeholder Management:

· Maintain strong relationships with financial stakeholders, including banks,

regulatory bodies, and vendors.


Operational Efficiency

· Collaborate with other departments to support company goals.

· Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

· Streamline and improve financial systems and processes.


Preferred candidate profile:


· MBA finance or CA/CFA with 8-15 years of experience.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of EXIM and treasury.

· Proficiency in financial software and systems.

· Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

· Experience in managing a finance team through financial transformation in fast-

growth company.

· Experience on design financial systems and processes.
