Panacea Biotec Pharma has recently entered into a new business of nutrition products. It has developed its own product portfolio for the nutrition segment at its Sampann R&D Center and has set-up a manufacturing facility to manufacture these products at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

We're looking for talented back end developers (with expertise in C#/.NET Core along with MongoDB), front end developers (with expertise in Angular and Responsive web design) and database administrators (with expertise in MongoDB database).

Role : Ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our MongoDB databases. You will work closely with developers and other IT staff to maintain optimal database operations.

Responsibilities:● Install, configure, and manage MongoDB clusters● Design and implement efficient data models● Optimize database performance for query execution and data storage● Implement backup and recovery strategies● Monitor database health and performance metrics● Troubleshoot and resolve database issues● Implement security best practices for data protection● Automate routine database tasks● Stay up-to-date on the latest MongoDB features and best practices● Document database configurations and procedures● Provide support to developers and other IT staff

Qualification: B. Tech in Engineering / M. Tech in Engineering / M.sc in Computer Science

Experience :● 2 to 4 years of experience with MongoDB administration● Strong understanding of relational database concepts● Experience with scripting languages (Javascript, Python etc.)● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus● Experience with backup and recovery tools● Experience with data migration tools● Experience with performance optimization techniques● Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

Skills:● Excellent communication and collaboration skills● Strong problem-solving skills● Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA passion for data and its efficient management
