JOB DESCRIPTION:We at HCL Tech are looking for candidates for the job role of "Technical Lead (App Dynamics)".Job Type: Full-time and permanentShift involved: 2-11 PM ISTExperience: 7- 10 yearsJob Location: PAN India (Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune)Notice period: immediate to 30 daysWork mode: OnsiteJob Responsibilities: 7+ Years of application performance monitoring experience with 7+ years of experience in App Dynamics.Proven experience as an APM Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics).In-depth knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.Experience in AIOps platforms such as Bigpanda, Splunk, AWS Cloud Watch, Dynatrace, etc are a plus.In-depth knowledge of at least one or more programming/scripting languages like Python/Java/Groovy.Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.Design, implement, and manage performance monitoring strategies for both infrastructure and applications.Analyze application performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with development teams to integrate Monitoring tools into the software development lifecycle.Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, metrics, and reports to track application performance.Knowledge about Networking and Hybrid Infrastructure components.Provide guidance on best practices for application architecture and design to enhance performance.Good knowledge about automation and self-healings orchestrations like Ansible, SNOW.Deep knowledge on utilizing REST APIs to automate bulk of the routine and manual tasks.Develop custom integration and plugins for seamless integration with non-supported technologies.Lead performance testing efforts, including load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning.Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.Working knowledge of databases and SQL and ETL processes.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application performance management.
