Function: Finance
Work Location:Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
Claim Management
• Processing of Distributor Claims.
• Implementation of BBD Policy, Tax compliance.
• Support operations in reduction of >30 days aged claims.
• Support Operations in reduction of Expired Coupon / Wallet vs Last Year by 50%
• Timely closure of the operational issue time to time. Ensure to respond to the calls from business and provide immediate resolutions

Month Closing Activity
• Month Closing activities Within Closing Timeline
• Monthly provisions are booked properly and ensure the communications to zones Manual / system Provision.
• Validation of system wallet generated values.

MIS Circulation & Audit Compliance
• Claims Related Informatic MIS to Zones
• Ensure the Compliance in all audits and ensure the MAP given with timelines.

• Zonal Finance Team / Corporate Finance team / Tax Team

Job Requirements: 
Qualifications: B. Com/ M. Com / MBA Finance

Experience: 
• 3 to 5 years post qualification experience 
• Preferred experience in handling OTC in Manufacturing Industry

Functional Skills: 
• Strong in accounting & Taxation
• Strong in Excel and System
• Strong drive for results
• High degree of focus on delivering result

Travel: 5 %
