He / She will be responsible for planning and strategizing direct to consumer (D2C) campaigns by collaborating with various business units, external agencies and other stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring campaign implementation on timely basis through key customer facing / interactive channels such as Email, SMS, Inbound/outbound call centers, Mobile app, branches etc. Driving a focus on business impact (Revenue), campaign lift, and ensuring customer engagement, through the D2C campaigns executed Reviewing existing campaign processes and introducing innovative ideas for driving high impact campaigns Ensure reporting on campaigns executed and performance status on key parameters such as business impact, customer views

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Post graduate with relevant experience of 4-5 years

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Achievement of revenue expectations/ campaign lift through D2C campaigns Strategy and execution of 4-5 high impact campaigns for the bank Ensuring optimal and timely execution of campaigns Driving adoption of automated campaign management tools and ensuring timely campaign reporting
