Location: India (Remote)Contract Type: PermanentStart Date: October 2025About Central TestCentral Test is an international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions, trusted by over 4,000 clients in 80+ countries.We develop innovative and scientifically validated tools that help organisations attract, develop, and retain talent.Our multicultural team of 80+ employees works across 5 global locations, driven by a shared passion for people-centric and tech-driven solutions.Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI & Psychometrics Specialist to join our R&D and Consulting department.This hybrid role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting our consulting projects for clients worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Implementation in R&D:Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and accurately maintaining the translation database.Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Psychometric Tool Development:Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement.Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.Contribute to the management of R&D Projects by using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track and deliver project requirements on schedule.Consulting & Client Support:Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports.Produce detailed, client-ready technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.Collaboration:Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.Profile RequirementsEducation: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.Skills:Technical:Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.Soft Skills:Excellent English communication.Strong project management and organisational skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary: ₹6–8 LPARemote work (India-based team)Regular team-building activities and international collaboration opportunitiesA chance to work on pioneering AI projects in talent assessmentProfessional growth in a multicultural, innovation-driven environment
